THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT INCREASING YOUR HEIGHT!

     We all must have worried about our height that we are short.  But, according to a fact, the average height of a male is 171 CM and 159 CM for a female.  So this would show that most of us are equally tall.  But even then we want to increase our height because your height can affect you mentally.  If you are short you would mentally experience inferiority and if you are tall you would be so confident.  But, your confidence does not depend on your height unless you accept it.  If you are mentally strong enough you would not be worried about your physical appearance.  But, to overcome this, to increase height many people blindly believe in exercises, supplements, and artificial treatments.

Can you increase your height?

     Actually, all people would attain their genetic height at the age of 21.  If your genetic height is limited it cannot be increased anyway.  But, spine elongation would seem to increase your height.  If you follow any additional exercises with a motive to increase your height it is completely a waste.  Your height progress is stopped after the age of 21 for all.  There are myths that your genetic height would be stopped if you go to the gym and do any workout.  But, this is absolutely fake.  

Can you take supplements and perform exercises to increase your height?

     Any artificial supplements or tablets would not work out to increase your height.  Your height is completely dependent on your genetics and any external supplements to boost your height are utter waste.  Many exercises stream through the internet saying that it would increase your height.  Performing those exercises with an approach to increase your height will not work.

Is there any natural way to boost your height?

     Yes, of course.  Even though you cannot increase your height with an artificial boost.  If you take enough vitamins, minerals, and protein you can boost your height to attain your genetic height.  But, you cannot increase your height more than your genetic height.

     To conclude, everyone will surely attain their genetic height at the age of 21.  You cannot increase your height more than your genetic height by consuming any supplement.  Performing any exercises will not increase your height.  And finally, going to the gym and lifting heavy weights will not limit your genetic height.
