Does every one of us have six-pack abs?
Of course! All human beings have six-pack abs by birth but, to reveal your abs is completely based on your body fat percentage and abs growth. Everyone has abs it could be four-packs, six-packs, eight packs, and in some cases, it could be even ten packs. This is completely based on genetics and the most important note is that a person could not convert or modify his genetic ab muscles into an eight pack or ten packs which is absolutely impossible. Everyone has abs but the count of your ab muscle depends on your genetics.
How to reveal your six-pack abs?
Ab muscles are revealed only when you reduce your body fat percentage. Normally, the abs of a person are revealed at around 15-20% of body fat. But, if your ab muscles have not grown enough it won't be visible even at 15% of body fat.
Ab muscles are grown or developed by exercising your ab muscles through the plenty of available ab workouts. Once your abs are grown enough it would be visible when your body fat percentage is 15% and below. Focusing and performing ab workouts won't reveal your six-packs. Following a proper diet and lowering your body fat makes your abs visible.
