Beginners fat loss journey: An outline

What is fat loss?

     Fat loss is the loss of weight from excessive fat in our bodies. 
Storing an excessive amount of fat in our body could cause severe illness frequently.  Fat could also be referred to as a backup energy source for our body.  But an excessive amount of fat is completely disadvantageous.  Body fat of around 15-20% is considered to be the average fitness level.

Basic fat loss procedure for beginners:

Elimination of sugar:

     An excessive amount of sugar in our daily diet plays a significant role in deciding our body fat percentage.  A steady decrease and elimination of sugar are necessary for a fat loss journey.  Consumption of white rice also includes indirect consumption of sugar.  White rice consumption could be reduced day by day by replacing it with brown rice and chapattis.

Diet:

     Diet is the key thing in any fitness journey.  A proper fat loss diet is mandatory to notice the results of your dedication.  A high protein diet is advisable during fat loss.  Good fat contents shall be included in the diet.

Tracking of calories:

     In a fat loss journey, the diet must be in a caloric deficit which is the primary concept.  A caloric deficit is nothing but consuming our daily calories in an amount less than our maintenance calories.  Being in a caloric deficit makes our body use fat as energy to perform activities.

What type of workouts can be performed?

     Actually, there is a myth that cardio is the primary thing to lose body fat.  But, the truth is cardio does not act like that, cardio could be used as a tool in fat loss.  If a person does not fulfill his caloric deficit concept, he could tally those calories by burning them through cardio.  This is how cardio actually works.

     The fact is that strength training and resistance training burns fatter and at the same time, it builds endurance in your body.  10 minutes of cardio can be included in a training session to increase stamina and boost up the fat loss process.  Cardio must be the finisher in a workout session.  HIIT workouts are also best in burning body fat.
